1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pjili ("we," "us," "the Platform") and any individual ("you," "the Player," "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at pjili.org. pjili operates as a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform serving eligible players in the Philippines.

By creating a pjili account or using any feature of the Platform — including but not limited to bingo, slots, live casino, Cat Fishing, and the VIP program — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pjili services.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a pjili account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration.

pjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, UMID, passport, driver's license, or PRC ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

When registering a pjili account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and must update them promptly if they change.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) pjili account. Multiple accounts registered by the same person are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pjili login credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication codes.
• You must notify pjili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• pjili will never ask you to disclose your password via chat, email, or any other communication channel.

Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your pjili account — is not permitted. pjili is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

pjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through authorized Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed in the pjili cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
• Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are generally credited to your pjili wallet in real time, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete and all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied.
• pjili may impose additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, particularly for accounts with unusual transaction patterns.
• All funds deposited into pjili accounts must be sourced from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pjili may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all pjili bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period for each bonus will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or shared between accounts.
• pjili reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or through the use of multiple accounts.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Laundering money or conducting any transaction that is in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Abusing pjili's bonus system through coordination with other players, use of multiple accounts, or any pattern of bonus-harvesting behaviour.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing conduct towards pjili staff or other players.

pjili reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these prohibitions and to suspend or permanently close accounts where violations are confirmed, with or without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on pjili, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software, is the property of pjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pjili platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pjili content without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, pjili's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pjili is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications networks, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension and Closure

• A regulatory authority or law enforcement body requires such action.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, pjili may, at its sole discretion, withhold any bonus funds or winnings derived from gameplay in violation of these Terms. Real-money deposits that are not subject to active bonus conditions will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
